For long-suffering Amy (who has had to create DLF blurbs for the crossroads with only my one-line explanations for far to long): Pahowdy is breaking down the game theory behind – the well-explored point of better analysts – on why you should draft other peoples handcuffs instead of your own. Also pointing out that it’s not a huge edge (or big deal) if you don’t want to, and trying to further the conversation in a more interesting direction by pointing out that later round running backs are team dependant, i.e different teams should place more or less value on players with different levels of upside.
